I ordered a “Together at Twilight Bouquet” PREMIUM for my Sister-in-Laws funeral through Teleflora. They chose to use this florist for my order and a different one for my daughter’s order. We paid about the same price for both, $123.31. Hers was beautiful! Mine looked like something I bought from a grocery store for $20!!! Also, the card was handwritten with the ugliest handwriting I’ve ever seen! Completely unprofessional! My name was squashed together so that it was barely legible. (Covered) My daughter’s was beautifully printed. The family didn’t even take mine with them! I’m so embarrassed and absolutely pissed off! 1st pic- What I ordered. 2nd pic- What I got. 3rd pic-my daughters order. 4th pic- my card. 5th pic- my daughters card. I should not have to pay them a dime! They should have to pay me for humiliation and embarrassment!!!

We ordered flowers for our precious son’s Memorial Service. We were absolutely blown away by how beautiful they were. The most beautiful flowers we have ever ordered and we have used other florist. Never again!!!! We will only order from Grace’s.

I have to say I was a little worried to try this place based on some of the reviews but I did anyway. Billy got it done right exactly as I asked even with some last minute changes I requested and I was 100% satisfied with the wedding flowers I got from here for my friend's wedding. The bride and the wedding party LOVED the flowers. I have added a couple pictures below that I took after the wedding ceremony, sorry I didn't take better photos, I was too busy helping with the wedding preparations. I missed getting the pictures of the boutonnieres but they were small cala lilies and babies breath and they looked really good. A few things I did to make sure things were what I needed... I talked to Billy on the phone, I stopped by, I asked questions about stem length, ribbon options, colors, etc., I texted specific pictures of what the bride wanted and I made sure we were on the same page with what we wanted it to look like. Here's what I ordered... 3 boutonnieres, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and the bride's bouquet with large and small Cala Lilies, roses, and babies breath tied in pink ribbon to the end of stems. I went on their website and found an arrangement that I liked so I called and asked how much extra would it be to do calla lilies instead of the regular lilies that was in the arrangement. I was told it would be in the $75 range. I agreed to the deal and gave them my information. Being that I live in Phoenix Arizona, I asked them before they delivered my flowers to please send me a picture of the arrangement. Well it was delivered without my final approval. When my sister sent me pictures of the arrangement they were nothing like what I paid for. I ended up paying almost $120 for eight roses and seven mini Cala lilies and greenery. They never sent me a receipt or the picture like I asked. when I call the shop they try to skirt around the issue of them being busy that’s why they couldn’t send a picture of the arrangement per one woman who answered the phone. When I told them I was unhappy with the arrangement because it was not what I picked out on the website, nor was it what I was told the price would be. Omg... my flowers are stunning and I hope my Honey continues to order from you guys. There was one little mistake in the note but it was funny and we're a corky couple so it just added into the imperfectly perfect couple we are.... it's our anniversary and the note wrote "356 days of love 52 weeks of happiness & counting. Happy one year anniversary ".... I asked him why were there nine days less of love, did you deduct for arguments? 🤨🤣
